Take Me to the River to Play with the Elephants!

When it gets hot out, elephants love to take a dip in the river! This herd of elephants, who live at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand, are no exception. They take their bath-time seriously — as in seriously fun.

The group of Asian elephants in the video below were all once in danger and required rescuing and rehabilitation. Thailand’s Elephant Nature Park provides a natural environment for rescued elephants — the environment plays a strong role in rehabilitation and allows the elephants to regain their strength. The sanctuary also provides services to cats, dogs, buffaloes, and other rescued species!

Thanks to the Elephant Nature Park for protecting and caring for these magnificent creatures. Your work is truly amazing and so very inspiring!

Have a look at these adorable creatures splishing and splashing in the river on a hot day — watch the video below!
