Watch These Predators of Africa’s Savannas Battle for Supremacy

In the African savanna, species are constantly locked in a battle of prey and predator. In footage captured in South Africa's Kruger National Park, a brown snake eagle encounters a cobra that it fancies for a meal. The adversaries are well matched — the eagle's talons and beak are capable of tearing the snake apart, but the cobra carries enough venom to kill even a human being, and the eagle is not immune to the venom. In a tense standoff, the two animals circle each other — the eagle looking for an opening, the cobra staving off attacks. What the video to see who wins this encounter.
