Today, there is an overwhelming demand for tiger parts on the Asian market. This has resulted in an upsurge in poaching all around the world.

These incredible animals are hunted and trapped on a regular basis, often using extremely cruel methods that have no regard whatsoever for the well-being of the tigers. Often, they feel extreme pain and a captured in very inhumane ways.

Without the help and protection of dedicated conservationists and their respective groups, these tigers’ populations would likely be on the verge of complete extinction because of how often they are sought after by illegal poachers.

Fortunately, the tigers have conservationist Belinda Wright and her team at the Wildlife Protection Society of India on their side. They are dedicated to helping tigers win the fight against poachers by aiding enforcement authorities in their efforts to track down and arrest suspected poachers.

Check out the video below to learn more about Wright’s work and what she and her group are doing to ensure that these beautiful animals can live their lives free of fear.
